Member of Technical Staff (Software Engineer) - Summer 2021 to Present
Overview
In late July 2021, I started my first full time job at Pure Storage as a Member of Technical Staff (which is the title Pure uses for a software engineer). I joined the data protection team for the FlashArray product, and have been working with C++, Python, and pytest. I was a bit worried about starting a new job in a pandemic and not being able to meet any of my team in person, but my teammates have been very friendly and welcoming! I am excited to grow my career as a software engineer with them!
My Pure Storage welcome box included a lot of goodies to start my journey as a new Puritan (no, that isn't said ironically).
